Not impressed. My wife and I dropped in here on a Saturday morning around 10AM. Despite us being the only people in the cafe, it took nearly half an hour to receive our two simple drinks. I hear great things about the food, and the coffee was great. I give it 3 stars for service and 4.5 for food/beverage.
The photos posted by this business are not even remotely correct. This is more of a cafe and gift shop than a bookstore. There is a small selection of books, but not much variety. My iced latte was fine, but one of the women behind the counter was rude. (She was more rude to the man who was working with her than she was to me, but it was still off putting.) It seems to be the main coffee shop in town, so I'd only recommended if you really need a caffeine fix.
Terrible coffee, rude service. Older server behind the counter was very rude. this business brings down the value of such a cute downtown area. I recommend the owners reevaluate their service staff. Not good.
Just stopped there for a quick lunch. Looking for a cafe type of place and was pleasantly satisfied with No Name. Our family filled up on chili hot dogs and grilled pimento cheese for less than $20. Came with a pickle and a sugar cookie. Highly recommended. Great prices. Fun shopping at affordable prices as well. I think a book club was even meeting in the back. Something for everyone! Thanks for the sweet tea!
