They wasted 2 hrs of my time and misdiagnosed the problem. Told me I needed a part(s) that I did not need and sent me down the road with loose bolts on my suspension. The shop that corrected their attempt at the alignment was shocked at what they saw after getting it on the rack. No way will they ever touch my vehicle again.

The first experience my mother had was an alternator go out between Georgia and Port St Joe. AAA had her car towed to BJ's on a Sunday afternoon. Before lunch the next day, the repair was finished and considerably under the average price. Her second experience was her AC compressor and clutch was going out. They told her to drop it off today and they would get to it as soon as they could. Instead she dropped it off yesterday and left it overnight. She called early this morning to see if they knew when they might get to it. The repairs were finished. And the price given was again at or a little below the average. I just want to recognize a business who takes care of an elderly widow they way they have taken care of my mother, not once, but twice. Thank you. You definitely have our recommendations!
While in Port St. Joe, my air-conditioner stopped working. I took my vehicle to BJ's and they spent over an hour diagnosing the problem. The problem was a freon leak and I needed a new compressor. Even though they did not do the work, as I ended up taking my vehicle to the GM Dealer, they did not charge me a cent. While there, I had the opportunity to view them do some work on another transients vehicle and not charge her anything either. The staff there are very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I know I will utilize their services next time I need them. Thanks very much to BJ & Web.
