We needed a new refrigerator delivered within a week. The big box stores could not accommodate us. We picked a refrigerator on the Badcock's website, called the store, it was in stock, and they arranged delivery by the next morning at 9am! The delivery men were friendly, efficient and helpful. This was great customer service!!!
I will NEVER make another purchase from this furniture store chain. I was promised a delivery date that did not happen until 2 weeks later. The furniture was of POOR QUALITY. I had to call the store twice within 2 months of original purchase for repair. I even contacted the corporate office which sped up the repair & delivery process but for the price of the furniture, you simply expect better quality and customer service...DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
This is one of the best badcocks I have ever been to with some of the sweetest workers. I had help from the time I walked into the door until I left. They assisted me with all of my wants and needs, as well as helped me pick out the best furniture for my home. Thank you for all of your help!
