Where do I start! When filling up my car a couple of days ago, the auto stop failed to work and overflowed on my vehicle. When I went inside to ask if they had a car wash and tell them what happened...they told me to go several miles down the road to find a car wash. I explained why I was asking...there was no apology, no offer to refund for the gas I paid for that flowed on my car and on the ground nothing at all! Just "that's the second time that's happened I guess we ought to put a bag on that pump ". I will never stop there again! Very poor customer service! Not to mention the rude and hostile attitude of one of the employees!!! So not only did I have to pay for gasoline on the ground I had to pay $10 for a. car wash to get the gasoline off my new vehicle!! Chevron used to be my gas station of choice! Not so much anymore!
