Cute Pet Store :)
They did not welcome us or anything into the store!
Rude salesperson. Never asked if they could help just sat back and talked. Ignored me as I waited at the register. Was rude to my relative as she tried out toys for her dog. Inventory was sad. Don't waste your time at this store. We won't.
Nice selection of really good products. Wonderful people. The critter cookies made our old dog a happy puppy.
Not sure what other reviewers are talking about. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We needed to switch our dogs food. They weren't eating, seemed the bags we got were old. Went in shop seeking other brands and staff gave us many samples. Came back after trying them, narrowed choice, but still not sure. Shop staff wouldn't let me purchase a bag. Said "if you spend money here or at another store and dogs won't eat, wasted money." Gave me more samples to try. Came back in and settled in two types of food, ordered it for us and dogs are eating again. Even when looking around store, staff have always been friendly to others. So I rate it high. Not a lot of inventory, but it's a small shop and can't be expected to carry everything a "big box" store would. But they can get it.
Staff was extremely rude! They told my daughter to stop squeaking one of their toys.
