Dog friendly very comfortable place to stay. Has everything you need. It was clean. No issues. Even had a keurig. I would go back again. Chickens!
Online booking site booked us a second floor room because it was the only one big enough for our family (according to the third party website). When we arrived, the hotel staff saw our wheelchair-bound kid and moved us to the much more expensive cottage at no charge. It wasn't even their fault and they handled it beautifully.
Service was very good. We were disappointed in the lack of an elevator, as our room was on the second floor and my husband is disabled. Breakfast was good, but not as good as some other places we have stayed. Our room was small, but very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again if there was an elevator.
Great location but the cleanliness of the room was HORRIBLE! There were blood stains on the sheets, visible dirt stains on the pillows, dried pee on the back of the toilet, and mold in the bathroom. We we told that someone would call us to speak about the condition of the room and have been waiting for 2 weeks. Each time we have called to follow up-we are told that the person to speak with is not available. This is totally unacceptable considering these cottages are $289 a night.
We enjoyed our front porch and free bike use. It was close to downtown but it's on a very busy street so sitting on the porch you are RIGHT beside traffic and buildings in front block good views. Some of the staff was nice and friendly but others did not seem happy to be there. Breakfast is free now with your stay but you can tell they are still working out some kinks with it. It was sufficient but nothing special. We Loved the amazing bartender (also works front desk at the Inn some) at the attached bar, the Thirsty Goat, he was so nice and very knowledgeable!!
