We have used a FEW groomers in Panama City, we had a toy poodle, we thought we would take a chance on Bloomingtales, oh my goodness, our baby has never looked so pretty. He has so happy and felt so good, she done such a great job on him. I will NOT go anywhere else
I have used Teresa for years and TOTALLY love her, Never once have I ever heard a complaint about her, and all my friends use and recommend her to everyone .....
I love my puppy so much that of course he was excited to see me when I picked him up from this groomer. I was new to the area and the vet recommended her (so how could I not try?) However his left eye was blinking when I went to get him. Thought he just had a stray hair in his eye. Ended up at the vet the next morning and found out he had an ulcer on his eye and was told it could have been from soap. Regardless he got a pain killer and antibiotics but no cone collar. 2 days later he was worse so took him to a different vet and found out he was actually poked in the eye and it was 3 layer deep. So between these two vet appointments and 1 follow up a $30 groom cost me over $300. I hope no one uses this groomer!!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I did follow up with her after the first vet visit and told her what that vet said. Was told I could bathe him myself before bringing him in for his next groom and I would only be charged for the groom. WHAT!!! There will not be a next time!!!. I also hope no one else ever has to go through what my baby and I have been through. Totally DO NOT recommend this business and wish I would have compared groomers before taking him there. Please do your research folks. I also will be finding a new vet.
She is wonderful.... She has groomed my Fur babies for right at 10 years with never an issue .
