My Yorkie had his first visit with them today. He looked so adorable when I picked him up,only a couple of hours later. Staff was very pleasant, seemed to enjoy working with furbabies. We will be using them again!
I have called several times to get general information and this time someone finally answered the phone. I asked about boarding and was told that they do board, but only for their "established customers". I then asked how much it would cost to have my dog groomed (just bathed and nails clipped) and was told it would be about $30, depending on my dog's hair type. Then, she sternly added, " but that would NOT establish you for boarding privileges". I was not aware that paying for a service was a "privilege". I will not be taking my dog there for ANY service, based on the tone and attitude of the person I spoke to. If she treated ME that way, how do I think she would treat my dog? NO, thank you!
