Great staff and very clean and great assortment of beautiful vacation homes. They have been on the Cape the longest and have the experience a vacationer needs. Will always rent from Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals!!
We had to go purchase our own cleaning supplies because when I told them about the trash they accused me of being a liar and that they personally knew the maids and there was no way that was possible. They claimed I just wanted some money back (even though I never asked for anything, but to change units or to have ours cleaned)
I love how close we are to the beach, and the look of the house in general. Some of the furniture is in need of replacing, but it's been fun.
A beach home of theirs, Forever Incognito, had one week open where no one rented it because the following week it is literally $2,000 less (August 12), I emailed them to see if they'd offer off-peak rates rather than lose the entire week's money since it was not rented and it is mid-summer already. They greedily declined. The rates they requested were so much more expensive than similar homes beachfront with pools. Additionally, we rented the same home in 2012 for nearly 2,000 less DURING peak season. Will not rent from them given their ridiculous rates, unjustified hike in prices compared to other homes and greedy nature.
I feel bad for the owner of the condo because it was in a great location, but this rental company is truly doing them a disservice.
When asked what we could to to resolve the issues they told me my only option was to "go home"
Luckily they did send somebody to clean the urine soaked couch we had been laying on.
Worst realty company I have ever rented from. They claimed rental was clean, but when we checked in there was trash throughout the rental. We could only imagine how dirty everything else was if they didn't even take the time to pick up bloody towels, dirty underwear, half smoked cigars and bottles. There was even a screw in the bed my 6 year old daughter was sleeping in that she poked her leg on, but the rental agents just laughed at me when I showed it to them.
Beautiful beach house. This season (2016-2017) will be our fourth consecutive at this house. Since 2013 we snowbirds from North Dakota have enjoyed the southern hospitality of the "forgotten coast". We have been to Gulf Shores and to the Keys; they do not hold a candle to this area. The rental people are incredibly nice and any small issues or questions we have had were taken care of or answered ASAP. If there were six stars we would click it!
