As a long time regular, the food quality has gone downhill lately. Everything is swimming in oil. The service has been lackluster. There have been multiple occasions when we've gone in and only a few people have been in there and it still takes 15-20 minutes for someone to come over and take our order.
And today was the last straw, I paid in cash and the waiter just never brought my change back to the table. He just disappeared into the kitchen and never even bothered to come back. This is unacceptable. I tip and tip well every time I go in there, but bring my change back and let me decide how much to leave!!
Another rude experience at this restaurant. Stopped in with a party of 14 and instead of being told their back room was full and they had no room the host with the Mohawk rolled his eyes, walked to the back of the restaurant, and proceeded to eat out of a styrofoam container in the kitchen in full view of where I was at. I waited an instead of ever being told they had no room they proceeded to ask other people how many they had. I expect someone in the food and hospitality industry to be polite at minimum and actually be happy to have patrons. I will never eat at this location again. Provisions next door ended up being very courteous and went out of their way to help seat our party.
Great staff. Amazing nachos. Well poured drinks. Open late for fun couples night out!!
The food was pretty good. The drinks were ok. We had a seafood chimuchag and their gulf shrimp in spicy sauce. The salsa and chips were really good. However the waiter on our first visit (we just got drinks) was not that good. The second time when we ate that waiter was great. They did turn people away about 15-20 from the actual closing time though
Unhappy and will not be back any time soon.
The best flavor of any Mexican Resturant from here to Georgia! Friendly folks and absolutely delicious food! Never a bad experience!
