Only OK if there are no problems. We liked the location at Cape San Blas. Beach was nice and low key. Unfortunately once Sunset Reflections got our money it was very hard to get in touch with them. Emails went unanswered. We had a problem with the plumjng which happens. It took 2 days to get someone to come to fix the toilet. By then we could see and smell sewage backing up in the yard. I called a few more times to address other concerns. Each time I was told I would be called back or sent an email and got nothing. It would have been fine if they had just responded or cared to listen to my issues with the home. :( I do like that area and would love to go back. I just have to find a different rental company.
I have deleted my previously outraged review in light of recent events, except to say this...............If you are looking to travel to Cape San Blas, I highly recommend it. It is one of the most relaxing pieces of beach. We went mid April and had perfect weather and quiet.
Nice house, nice beach, nice place, but internet didn't work until they sent someone to fix it. Also, oven didn't work and didn't get fixed.
the home we rented at 5291 Clipper Way has a roach infestation in the kitchen. we found them on the counter, the stove, in the coffee pot, in the dishwasher and running on the floor and on the walls.
Just to update my previous review...we definitely had some trouble with our rental. However one of the owners of Sunset Reflections has taken the time, two months later even, to address our concerns. He has in a very kind and professional manner, investigated and resolved our issues. A partial refund is being issued for our troubles. I won't go so far as to say our rental was without problems, but the attitude and attention of the owner has greatly improved our impression of Sunset Reflections! Thank you Bryan!
